At the moment patients who have been diagnosed with advanced melanoma have on average a survival rate of six months due to a lack of effective treatment options. In this short skin cancer update video, Associate Professor Giuseppe Argenziano discusses current adjuvant immunotherapy options for melanoma. He also shares findings and recommendations regarding the use of the medication Interferon for ulcerated thick melanomas.
