This week’s case discussion from Dr Leanne Drew features a 65-year-old female patient who presented for a full skin check. Her last skin exam was three years ago. She has no previous history of skin cancer.

Two lesions were identified upon examination, including this one on her left lateral proximal lower leg. (We will look at the second one next week.)

What do you think of this lesion? What would you do next?
