Polymorph blood vessels,eccentric structuless area
2 mm punch biopsy to rule out melanoma
Segmental pseudopods, polymorphous BV’s, white eccentric structureless areas. DDx- melanoma . Rx- excisional biopsy
elevated, firm looking pink lesion with polymorphous vessels, predominantly dotted, need to exclude amelanotic melanoma, requires excisional biopsy with 2mm margin
