This week we have another case discussion from Dr Slavko Doslo. It is about an elderly man presenting for reasons unrelated to his skin. A full skin check is done and these clinical and dermoscopic images are taken. How do you evaluate them?

  1. Chaos with regression and peripheral grey clods / clues.

    Excision with 2mm Margins as initial management.

  2. Orthogonal Lines , Regression, Milky pink structure less area .
    Extensional Bx to R/O Lentiginus Melanoma .

  3. Pink brown area, with some linear vessels, peripheral grey dots, grey area, some peppering, some short angulated lines???……excise to rule out MM, LM
